Phillips Law LLC is led by Amelia Phillips.

Amelia Phillips earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State College
of Law while in tandem earning her Masters degree in City and Regional
Planning from Georgia Tech.  She has practiced law for Federal and local
government, as well as large and small private firms in a variety of real
estate practice areas.

In 2009, Ms. Philips achieved one of top judgements in the state of
Georgia for contract law.

Until his passing in 2010, Richard Phillips was of counsel to the firm.
Richard Phillips earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of
Georgia.  He practiced law for over 40 years and at the time of his
passing was the longest sitting state court judge in the State of Georgia.
